Anyone behind your feedback or product usage in a month, counted once however much they send. Someone who writes in and also uses your product counts once. Connect as many sources as you like; they're not what you pay for. A new source's first import is free.

AI credits pay for the AI's work. Analysing a review, ticket or survey answer costs 1 credit, a recorded call 5, and an AI search or AI-written email 1. Collecting feedback never uses credits, and small talk is filtered out for free. Add 500 more for $20/mo.

Nothing is lost. People already counted this month carry on as normal. Feedback from new people is kept and goes in as soon as you upgrade or add capacity, or when your month renews. If AI credits run out, feedback keeps coming in and is analysed when credits renew.

Yes, anytime. Add-on changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Plan upgrades are prorated too; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Choose yearly and you save 20% versus the monthly price. You still pay month to month — it's just a 12-month commitment at the discounted rate. Add-ons are always billed monthly and can be cancelled any month.

Your data is stored in the EU with strict per-workspace isolation. Review analysis is processed through enterprise AI APIs — which may process data in the US — that contractually never train models on your data, and we never do either. You can delete your data yourself at any time.
