AI credits meter how much AI work you do — cluster summaries, outreach drafts, AI search, Smart Form follow-ups. Most actions cost a single credit; larger ones that process a lot of text at once (like summarizing a big cluster) use a few. Bulk review analysis is batched, so importing reviews costs well under one credit each. Top up with the AI Credits add-on at $20 / mo · 250 credits.

Nothing breaks. You get a heads-up at 80% and 100% — add capacity instantly with an add-on, or upgrade to the next tier. Reviews past the limit queue safely until you increase capacity.

Yes, anytime. Add-on changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Plan upgrades are prorated too; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Choose yearly and you save 20% versus the monthly price. You still pay month to month — it's just a 12-month commitment at the discounted rate. Add-ons are always billed monthly and can be cancelled any month.

Your data is stored in the EU with strict per-workspace isolation. Review analysis is processed through enterprise AI APIs — which may process data in the US — that contractually never train models on your data, and we never do either. You can delete your data yourself at any time.
