Customer follow-up, on autopilot.
Behind every review is a person you can reach. Customers knows what each one said, uses and pays, and follows up with emails that stop when they reply or leave a review.
Answer the people behind the feedback.
What changes when every reviewer has a name, an email and a history.
A contact list that mostly builds itself.
Anyone who leaves a review, fills in a form or shows up in Stripe lands here on their own. You can import a CSV too. Each row stays simple: a name, an email, and where they’re at.
Meet your contacts →What your customer said, on one screen.
Open a contact and it's all there: every review across G2, the App Store, Trustpilot and the rest, the AI insights pulled from them, the signals in plain language, and a full outreach history. No tab-hopping to reconstruct who this person is.
See the whole story →Email the right segment. Let it run itself.
Build a campaign once, aim it at a segment, and pick how it fires — send now as a one-off, or set it to automated so it reaches people the moment they enter that segment.

Email the right people →Hi Lena,
You asked for bulk CSV export in June. It went live this morning.
Follow-ups that run themselves. They stop when someone reviews.
Describe who should get it, what they get and how long to wait between emails. Then leave it running.
It checks your contacts every hour and enrolls anyone new who qualifies. The moment someone leaves a review, it stops.
Follow up on autopilot →See what each account pays and what it’s asking for.
One view per customer: revenue, people, feedback, deals and churn risk. Know who's at risk before renewal.
See who pays what →Put feedback in your CRM.
Works with HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio. Revenue and deals come in from your CRM. Churn risk, requests and what shipped go back, so sales and CS see it where they work.
Sync your CRM →Set it once. Rules keep it running.
Customers is where you reach people. Rules decides when: a churn signal, a big request or a shipped feature sends the right email or Slack post on its own.
Questions & answers
Where do contacts come from?
Automatically — from any review that carries an email, every Smart Form submission, and connected sources like Stripe. You can also add people by hand or import a CSV, where only the email column is required. A contact can exist before they've ever left a review; that's a first-class state, not an error.
What are signals, and can I edit them?
Signals are labels the AI derives from a contact's reviews — Advocate, Churn risk, Bug, Feature request, Service, Product quality, and so on. They recompute as new reviews come in, so they stay current on their own. You can't hand-edit a signal, but you can filter and segment on them anywhere in the app.
Who's it for?
Any SaaS team collecting reviews that wants to act on them. You get lifecycle stages like Trial and Churned, and segments like Feature Requests and Bug Reporters.
Whose mailbox do campaign emails send from?
Yours. Connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox from the toolbar and outreach sends from your own address, so replies land in your inbox and deliverability stays with your domain.
