ux friction · #1 · "checkout autofill"
HIGH 142 mentions ★ 2.1 avg Checkout
Customers report the iOS address autofill breaking on the shipping step — the suggestion sheet disappears after the first character. Mostly Safari 17.x, with a tail of in-app browsers.
"Tried to check out three times. Address autofill literally vanishes the second I tap a suggestion." — Trustpilot · ★1
"Had to type my whole address. On a phone. Won't be back." — Trustpilot · ★1
— 02 · UX friction tracker

The friction your customers describe — ranked by how loud it is.

AI sorts the complaints into clusters — checkout, returns, sizing, search — and ranks them by how often they come up, how bad they are, and the ratings attached. So engineering can see at a glance which problem is dragging down the most reviews.

A kanban for the ops team. Tied to the review.

Every ★1–2 review becomes a row in a workflow — New → Acknowledged → In Progress → Resolved. Ops works the queue and replies through the customer's original channel, and we keep an eye out for the rating they leave next.

Closed loops, not open tickets.
Ops sees the actual rating change after a resolution — not just an "acknowledged" status. That's the signal a refund, replacement, or apology landed; that's how a closed loop stops being a guess.

Questions & answers

How does this differ from a Yotpo or Okendo?

Yotpo and Okendo collect reviews on your store. Usereviews aggregates them — across every marketplace and platform you sell on — and turns them into a workbench your product, ops, and PMM teams can run on. We're not a replacement for review collection; we're the layer above it.

Does the ranking work without store-level revenue data?

Yes — by default, friction clusters are ranked by mention volume, severity, and average star rating. Connect Stripe or a Shopify customer table and the ranking can also weight by affected cohort.

Can my support / CX team work in the returns workflow too?

Yes — the returns workflow is built for ops and CX as much as product. Service and delivery issues (damaged packages, lost shipments, slow support replies) cluster the same way UX friction does, land in the same status kanban, and route to whichever team owns them.

Can I tag and filter reviews by product or category?

Yes. The AI auto-tags reviews by mentioned product and category. Map your SKU list or category taxonomy and the workbench groups review trends, friction clusters, and sentiment per product or per category.
