— CONTACTS

Every reviewer is a person. Reach them.

Audience is the CRM layer of Usereviews. Every reviewer, form submitter, and Stripe customer becomes a contact — with everything they've ever said stitched into one profile. Segment them by what the AI heard in their reviews, then email the right people without leaving the workbench.

— 01 · The table

A dense, calm workspace for the people behind your reviews.

You don't build this list — it fills itself. Anyone who leaves a review, fills in a form, or shows up in Stripe lands here as someone you can actually act on. And it stays easy on the eyes: a name, an email, where they're at — nothing to decode.

Email the right segment. Let it run itself.

Build a campaign once, aim it at a segment, and pick how it fires — send now as a one-off, or set it to automated so it reaches people the moment they enter that segment.

New advocate this week? AI drafts and personalises each email from what that person said.

The loop, finally closed.
Every review has a person behind it — and an inbox you can reach. Audience is where you turn a segment into an email: pick the advocates, the at-risk accounts, the people asking for a feature, and message them.

Questions & answers

Where do contacts come from?

Automatically — from any review that carries an email, every Smart Form submission, and connected sources like Stripe. You can also add people by hand or import a CSV, where only the email column is required. A contact can exist before they've ever left a review; that's a first-class state, not an error.

What are signals, and can I edit them?

Signals are labels the AI derives from a contact's reviews — Advocate, Churn risk, Bug, Feature request, Service, Product quality, and so on. They recompute as new reviews come in, so they stay current on their own. You can't hand-edit a signal, but you can filter and segment on them anywhere in the app.

Who's it for?

Any team collecting reviews that wants to act on them — SaaS and e-commerce alike. The workspace adapts to your business: SaaS accounts get lifecycle stages like Trial and Churned and segments like Feature Requests and Bug Reporters, while e-commerce accounts get Prospect, Lapsed, and segments like Shipping and Product Quality. You only ever see the set that fits.

Whose mailbox do campaign emails send from?

Yours. Connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox from the toolbar and outreach sends from your own address, so replies land in your inbox and deliverability stays with your domain.
